Najma Agherdien

Najma Agherdien, an Associate Professor at Wits University's Centre for Learning, Teaching, and Development (CLTD), crafts diverse learning experiences through non-accredited workshops, accredited short courses, and formal programmes. Leading as the Unit Head for Curriculum and Teaching her work with university teachers is underpinned by a social justice lens. With a career spanning various educational settings since 1995, her impact spans diverse educational landscapes, including roles at Saide, Wits University, and the University of Johannesburg.
