Reflection
Reflection allows students to think critically about their learning, make connections, and evaluate their personal and professional development.
This element is particularly vital in disciplines like social work, where practitioners must be self-aware and responsive. Through journaling, guided prompts, and reflective discussions, students internalise what they learn and make meaning from their experiences (Bassot, 2013).
